Job Title:
Cleanroom Production Operator Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Production Operators across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will be instrumental in the assembly and sub-assembly of medical device products. You will also ensure the sterilization of raw materials and finished products using alcohol. Responsibilities Assemble and sub-assemble medical device products. Sterilize raw materials and finished products using alcohol. Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic repairs on braiding machines. Ensure tools and test equipment are properly calibrated and repaired according to standard operating procedures. Perform lock-out and tag-out procedures. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation, mechanical assembly, and production. Ability to perform preventive maintenance. Mechanically inclined with good hand and eye coordination for sub-assembly. Experience on a production line. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a GMP environment with a noisy braiding machine room where earplugs are provided. The area is climate-controlled. Employees are provided PPE, except steel toe shoes. Orientation occurs on the first day at 8am, followed by a minimum of three months of training/shadowing on their designated shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
