Position Overview The Entry Level Production Assistant supports event production, logistics, and operational preparation for private and corporate events. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality, events, and production support. Responsibilities Assist with preparation and setup for events and catering operations Help coordinate event equipment, décor, and service materials Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Assist with event breakdown and post-event cleanup Follow company safety and operational procedures Support team members across production and logistics functions Ensure timely preparation of event materials Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Strong organizational and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Positive attitude and willingness to learn
