Gelato Production Assistant Gelato Factory Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $14 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Food production Pre-cooking preparation Maintaining an organized workspace Food heating Clean workspace maintenance Full Job Description We are looking for a gelato assistant with experience. We also welcome candidates with experience in pastry or baking who are interested in learning the artisanal gelato-making process.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in measuring and preparing ingredients Keep work areas clean and organized Fill, label, and store finished products Help with general cleaning and organization of the lab
