On-Set Production Assistant

Position Overview We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Production Assistants to support our on-set operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to break into the entertainment industry and gain real experience in a fast-paced, unscripted production environment. Key Responsibilities Assist producers, camera operators, and crew with daily on-set needs Help set up and break down equipment, props, and locations Manage crowd control and maintain a smooth, organized set environment Run errands and handle production-related tasks as needed Support talent coordination and ensure cast is where they need to be Help manage releases, paperwork, and basic production logistics Monitor equipment and assist with keeping gear organized Maintain professionalism and discretion on set at all times Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to take direction and execute tasks quickly Comfortable working long hours, including nights and weekends Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mindset Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience on film, TV, or digital productions (not required but a plus) Interest in reality TV and unscripted content Basic understanding of set etiquette and production workflow Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For Hustle, reliability, and a "no task too small" mindset Someone who stays proactive and one step ahead Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Professional, respectful, and discreet around talent Compensation Day Rate - based on experience How to Apply Please submit: Resume Brief note on why you want to work in reality TV Any relevant production experience (if applicable)
