If you have the technical expertise to handle complex bends and the drive to contribute to high-quality fabrication, apply today or contact me at salary: $50,000•$62,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM•4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Set up using the settings and operate Cincinnati press brake machine, ensuring proper tooling selection, and machine calibration for each job. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints to produce accurate metal parts. Program CNC (Computer Numerical Control) press brakes for complex bending operations, optimizing efficiency and precision. Turns adjustment screws to set specified pressure of ram and clearance between does to thickness of metal, as indicated by calibrated scale or feelers. Conduct routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy. Perform quality checks throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any deviations or defects promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during operation. Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
