In this role, you will assist skilled technicians and operators in the production, assembly, and finishing of fiberglass, bottom paint, body work electrical etc Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and superior product quality. Responsibilities based off experience we will help and place you in the correct enviorment we are a small team Support the handling and movement of raw materials and finished products sanding, prepping and laying up fiberglass fairing and body work scraping barnacles , bottom painting assisting in pprep for hull side painting. Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of manufacturing, including materials handling and machine operation. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues with guidance Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and operational procedures. Skills stay on task problem solving Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and quality control calculations. Familiarity with dimensional measurements and the use Strong understanding of safety protocols in manufacturing environments to ensure a safe workspace. Ability to perform assembly tasks accurately within tight tolerances.
