Production Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and hardworking Operator to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, including but not limited to those listed below. If you enjoy manual, hands-on work and have prior experience in a manufacturing setting, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company with room for growth. Duties Buff parts of various shapes, sizes, and metals according to specifications Coat metal or plastic parts to protect, build up, or decorate surfaces per specifications Polish and sand parts of various shapes, sizes, and metals according to instructions Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure original characteristics, dimensions, and quality requirements are maintained Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus - SIGNIFICANT
