Job Summary We are hiring General Production Workers to support the packaging of products in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will help keep production moving by preparing materials, operating or assisting with packaging equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. This is a 30-day temporary assignment with the possibility of extending to a temp to hire role depending on performance and attendance. Duties

• Assist with packaging products and keeping the production line supplied.
• Operate or support production equipment according to training and instructions.
• Inspect products and packaging for visible defects and accuracy.
• Move, sort, label, or stage materials and finished products.
• Keep the work area clean and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Communicate production or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes beneficial Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line operations advantageous Warehouse experience is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment on the first shift or second shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required This position offers an opportunity to develop skills within a dynamic manufacturing setting, contributing directly to production success.
