Role:

Ink Trax is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Screen Printing Production Associate to join our team full-time. In this hands-on role, you'll be part of the production crew that customizes screen-printed t-shirts and apparel. We are hiring for the position of a catcher and puller . Prior experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Support the screen-printing process by preparing materials including inks, garments, and screens Read and follow detailed work order forms, including print placement, ink colors, and press setup Catch and accurately count garments as they come off the dryer conveyor belt Inspect printed items for quality during press runs and report any issues Clean screens and remove ink after production runs Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform additional duties as assigned by management
