Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes. Qualifications Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
