We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys hands-on work and has an interest in content creation, social media, and entrepreneurship. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both production operations and brand growth. What You'll DoProduction & Packaging (Primary Responsibility) Repackage bulk food products into consumer-ready packaging Assemble retail product kits and finished goods Apply product labels and packaging labels Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and presentation Operate and monitor food production equipment following established procedures Package finished products according to company standards Prepare products for wholesale, distributor, and fulfillment shipments Print and apply shipping labels Organize inventory and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory Content Creation & Social Media (Secondary Responsibility) Capture photos and videos of products, production processes, and behind-the-scenes activities Create simple content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Help brainstorm content ideas and marketing concepts Record product demonstrations and brand-related content Organize and maintain a library of photos and videos Assist with basic video editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to lift up to 40 pounds Basic computer skills Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos and videos Ability to follow written procedures and instructions Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision Bonus Qualifications Experience creating content for social media platforms Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or other video editing tools Previous experience in packaging, fulfillment, warehouse operations, food production, or manufacturing Photography or videography experience Interest in eCommerce, marketing, food products, or entrepreneurship Why Join Us?
