We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to prepare, process, and package fruits and vegetables in a refrigerated food production environment. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a cold environment maintained at approximately 37°F. Steel toe boots are required on the first day. This is a temp to hire position!

Pay:

$16/hr.

Shift:

Monday - Saturday, 8:55AM start time, end time typically ranges between 6:00PM -9:00PM

•may end earlier depending upon work load.

Production Associate:

Preparing fruits and vegetables using knives, peelers, and processing equipment Operating or assisting with food preparation machinery Lifting and transferring finished product containers for drying and processing Feeding finished products into sealing and packaging equipment Sealing, labeling, packing, and preparing products for shipment Maintaining staging areas and raw product storage locations Removing empty boxes, waste, and other materials to ensure a clean and safe workspace Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures Reporting accidents, hazards, or incidents to management immediately Assisting with additional production tasks as assigned Requirements for the

Production Associate:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable with good attendance and communication skills Willingness to work in a cold environment for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Ability to stand, walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Required:

Frequent gripping, cutting, and repetitive hand motions while handling produce.
