Overview Join our dynamic food production team as a Production Worker and become a vital part of delivering high-quality, safe, and delicious products to consumers. As a Production Worker, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all food processing operations meet stringent regulatory and quality standards, contributing directly to our company's reputation for excellence in the food industry. Core Responsibilities Operate bakery production equipment such as mixers, proofers, ovens, and conveyors to prepare and bake bread products Indeed. Prepare and handle dough according to recipes and production standards, ensuring proper mixing, shaping, and proofing Indeed. Monitor production processes to maintain product quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety regulations Indeed. Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets and delivery requirements Indeed. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area, including proper waste disposal, equipment cleaning, and adherence to sanitation protocols Indeed. Report issues such as equipment malfunctions, quality problems, or safety concerns to supervisors Indeed. Assist with product packaging and preparation for distribution Indeed. Must be able to work 12 our shifts in none air conditioned environment. Key Skills & Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume bakery environment Indeed. Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and repetitive motions. Machine Operating experience a PLUS. Spanish speaking only candidate's welcome. Food safety knowledge and compliance with sanitation standards.
