Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. You will report to a Department Supervisor and work closely with other team members to achieve our production goals. The position needs will vary and every team member is expected to help wherever is needed within the shop.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to operate production equipment (tape measure, drills, saws, etc.) and perform quality checks Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day Ability for basic ergonomic movements such as bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting, etc. Ability to work in the Florida heat Showing up to work on time and in uniform, including safety glasses and composite toe shoes

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with using power tools, power saws, and reading a tape measure Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Forklift certification Experience with troubleshooting and resolving production issues

Responsibilities:
