• Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Multi-Family Community Landscaping Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, inviting outdoor spaces for residential communities.

This energetic position involves executing comprehensive landscaping, lawn care, and hardscape projects that enhance curb appeal and resident satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring all outdoor areas are meticulously maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing through skilled use of tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and machinery. Your expertise in horticulture, tree care, irrigation, will contribute to creating vibrant environments residents love to enjoy year-round. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, and fertilizing to keep grounds pristine. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks including pruning, planting, aerating, and installing landscape features. Operate heavy machinery such as riding mowers. Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth. Diagnose and assist in irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Perform routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly. Collaborate with team members on landscape design ideas or improvements that enhance community aesthetics. Maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies in excellent condition through regular cleaning and servicing. Proven experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping within a multi-family residential setting preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment and power tools. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant health care, tree trimming, gardening techniques, and soil management. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools safely. Excellent understanding of landscaping best practices including hardscape construction and garden design. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for demanding tasks.
