Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. You will report to a Department Supervisor and work closely with other team members to achieve our production goals. The position needs will vary and every team member is expected to help wherever is needed within the shop.
Minimum Qualifications:
Safety first mindset High school diploma or equivalent Ability to operate production equipment (tape measure, drills, saws, etc.) and perform quality checks Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day Ability for basic ergonomic movements such as bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting, etc. Show up to work on time and in uniform, including safety glasses and composite toe shoes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with using power tools, power saws, and reading a tape measure Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Forklift certification Experience with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient production processes Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet our strict quality standards Meet production standards and quotas Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve any production issues Benefits 4 day work week: 6am to 445pm (or when the daily work is finished) Monday thru Thursday Paid Holidays Paid Vacation after 6 months of service Matching Medical Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance available 401k with company match (including an option for a Roth 401k) Up to 2 Paid volunteer days off a year Our vision statement at ESS is, "To provide and exemplary experience for every customer from first contact to final inspection."
