Line Support Location:

Riviera Beach, FL

Pay rate: $16 an hour

Schedule:

1st shift: 06:00 am -? (Schedule flexibility is a must; we won't consider candidates who have other commitments, i.e., 2nd shift)

Food Manufacturing Production Worker Job Summary:

Operate production equipment, prepare and package food products, maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards, and meet daily production targets in a manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities:

Operate food-processing and packaging equipment safely. Prepare, mix, process, or assemble food products according to production procedures. Measure and inspect ingredients and finished products. Package, label, and palletize products for shipment. Follow HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and company food-safety procedures. Maintain a clean and sanitary production area. Perform quality checks and report defective products or equipment problems. Complete production records and other required documentation. Follow production schedules and meet productivity requirements. Work safely as part of a production team. Assist with equipment cleaning and routine maintenance. Follow all company policies regarding safety, sanitation, and personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous food manufacturing or production experience is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime when needed. #WPB
