Production Machine Operator College Circle Creamery Riviera Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off On-the-job training Vision insurance Qualifications Food production Machine operation English Math Ability to follow instructions Full Job Description About the Role As a Machine Operator, you'll run the equipment that keeps our frozen dessert production line moving — fillers, cartoners, and continuous freezers — making sure every run comes out safe, accurate, and to spec. You'll be responsible for accurate production paperwork, correct lot numbers and labeling, and following food safety procedures on every run. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor assigned equipment during scheduled production runs Verify lot numbers, printer settings, and label accuracy before and during each run Complete production and quality paperwork accurately and on time Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting, escalating mechanical issues promptly Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures Keep your work area clean and organized throughout the shift Report quality, safety, or equipment issues to a supervisor immediately Support changeovers, cleaning, and other production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Able to stand, lift up to ~50 lbs, and work in cold or warm environments for a full shift Basic math skills — ratios, percentages, counting, and measuring Comfortable following written procedures and completing paperwork accurately Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn new equipment and adapt to shifting priorities Prior machine operation experience is helpful, but not required Intermediate ability to speak and understand
