Job Description
- Production Worker (2nd Shift)
- Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
- Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with a growing company? We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join our 2nd shift team. Candidates with previous warehouse, forklift, production, assembly, or manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM.- What You'll Do
- You'll support production operations in a variety of departments, including mattress assembly, material handling, and quilting. Team members may rotate between departments based on business needs.
- Responsibilities
- + Assemble mattress components using hand and power tools + Apply foam, glue, and upholstery materials according to specifications + Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects + Read and follow work instructions and production schedules + Move materials throughout the facility using carts and material handling equipment + Stage materials and support production flow + Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area + Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse-related tasks as needed •Qualifications•
Required:
- + At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or industrial environment + Ability to use hand and power tools safely + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8+ hour shift + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English + High School Diploma or GED + Must be able to work the full 2nd shift schedule (4:30 PM - 1:00 AM)
Preferred:
- + Previous forklift experience + Material handling or warehouse experience + Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment + Experience performing quality inspections + Sewing machine or textile manufacturing experience

- Work Environment
- This is a fast-paced manufacturing facility focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Employees work in a clean production setting and may be exposed to production noise, raw materials, and industrial equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided.
