Job Description
Our woman owned company specializes in manufacturing children's athletic apparel and has been in business for over 25+ years. We are growing like crazy and looking to hire a Production specialist in our facility in North St. Augustine. We are seeking a friendly, reliable and hard working individual to assist with manufacturing production needs including but not limited to the following: Inventory and check quality of incoming raw materials to ensure orders match customers request Assist with preparation for heat transfers, including but not limited to: properly labeling transfers, cutting out transfers, flipping stones as needed, assisting with transfer printing. Assist with embellishment placement prior to garment finishing Assist with heat pressing garments, with careful consideration of customer requests and production constraints Quality check of finished garments, trim threads, check for defects and tag and bag garments as specified Pull customer wholesale orders, paying close attention to detail to ensure order is accurate Package and box orders, paying close attention to detail to ensure order is accurate Assist with preparing online orders and creating shipping labels We will provide on-site training. Qualified candidates will have at minimum a high school degree, basic computer skills and a willingness to learn and work hard in a fast paced, changing environment.
