What you'll do: The •Assembly Table Assistant (Second Shift)•supports production operations by assisting in the assembly of materials and components according to work orders and specifications. This role performs repetitive tasks in a team-based environment to ensure products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. + Assist in assembling materials and components based on work instructions and specifications + Follow direction from supervisors or team leads to support production processes + Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools and equipment + Position, align, and secure materials to meet required specifications + Operate basic machinery or equipment as needed and trained + Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Follow all safety policies and procedures + Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines + Perform additional duties as needed •
Work Scheduled:
