We're seeking skilled professionals who know their way around a truss table and take pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay & Schedule $17
• 19 per hour (based on experience) Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM
• 4:30 PM Overtime and Saturdays available as business demands What You'll Do Build roof and floor trusses on production tables Measure, position, and secure lumber according to specifications Operate nail guns, saws, presses, and other production tools Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship Maintain a safe and organized work area What We're Looking For Minimum 1•3 years of truss building experience in a manufacturing or production environment Hands-on experience working on a truss table Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus If you have real truss•building experience and are ready to get to work with a company that values skilled tradespeople, apply today!
