Responsibilities Assist with preparing garments and fabrics for embroidery by organizing and inspecting materials. Operate and troubleshoot embroidery machines to ensure smooth operation and consistent quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing or warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to quality standards. Conduct quality checks on embroidered items, verifying design placement, stitching integrity, and overall appearance. Assist with inventory management of supplies such as threads, fabrics, and embroidery accessories. Qualifications Basic knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing machine operation. Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with sewing or embroidery processes is a plus.
