Are you a motivated individual with a knack for hands-on work? We are seeking skilled Full-Time Manufacturing and Production Workers to join our team. If you enjoy a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and take pride in ensuring products are prepared and shipped accurately and efficiently, we want you to be a part of our dedicated team! How You'll Contribute Assist with various manufacturing and production tasks, including chopping, packing, picking products, and shipping. Operate equipment such as paper cutters, glue dot machines, and shipping/receiving equipment and tools. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Ensure products are manufactured, packed, and shipped according to company standards. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and equipment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and workflow. What Makes You a Great Fit Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Ability to remain focused and on task while performing repetitive tasks.
