Our leadership team has exceptional tenure, and our studio culture is collaborative, accountable, and design-driven. We are growing and seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to lead sophisticated commercial projects. The Opportunity Concept + Production | Commercial Focus West Palm Beach, Florida | In-Office The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Production Specialist to support Design Development and Construction Document phases for commercial projects. This is a technical, detail-driven role focused on precision documentation and consultant coordination. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Drafting 4-7+ years in commercial architectural production Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (daily use required) Experience producing Construction Documents Strong understanding of building systems and detailing Compensation & Benefits Salary Comensurate with Experience Performance-based bonus potential Paid time off + holidays Structured production workflows Opportunity to grow into Project Architect track
