This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, air-conditioned production environment. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, working with equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality work. This position will begin as part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no late nights. After training is complete, the position is expected to move into a full-time schedule. The person hired will receive training on our large industrial machines and other production processes. Training will be provided step by step on each machine, with the goal of helping the employee become confident and comfortable operating the equipment safely, accurately, and efficiently. Over time, this person will be expected to take ownership of running the machines as part of their regular daily responsibilities. No prior sign, graphics, printing, or machine operation experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. The most important qualities are reliability, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This is a good fit for someone looking for steady weekday hours, a professional work environment, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time production role.
