We are a one stop shop company in Orlando with in-house production offering all kinds of Print and Sign solutions to our customers i.e. business cards prints, marketing materials, promotional products, apparel prints, embroidery, vinyl prints, car wraps, rigid signs, laser engraving etc. and much more… We are looking for highly motivated, Experienced & Energetic individuals, who enjoy multitasking to join our team as Print & Sign Production Associate. The Job is also open for freshers who have completed their formal Studies in Graphic design / any technical programs related to Design, Media and manufacturing. Self-motivated individuals aspiring to develop and grow in the creative and exciting field of Signs and Printing. On Job Training will be provided for operating various printing machines and other day to day activities that are required to perform and outshine like a pro. Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Day to day production tasks of print & signs shop i.e. printing, vinyl cutting, mounting, weeding, engraving, finishing, Packing, Shipping etc. as assigned by supervisors / team leaders Ability to work independently as well as follow directions as part of a team. Maintaining Clean and organized work area to ensure safe working environment. Finishing the jobs in allocated time frame, meeting quality standards Operating print & finishing machines following strict health & safety standards. Skills & Abilities required: Prior work experience in Print / Sign shop preferred Advanced Level experience of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design related software's Knowledge / Experience of operating Wide format printing & cutting machines•

Knowledge / Experience

of operating Flat bed cutter

• Esko konsberg, Zund , Roland, Graphtec, colex or similar Knowledge / experience of operating Laser Engraver / CNC Router Knowledge / experience of T-Shirt Printing
• DTF/DTG Knowledge / experience of operating Embroidery Machines Knowledge / experience of Heat Press, Sublimation Knowledge / experience of operating Digital Press
• cannon etc. Experience in operating light machinery
• Drill machines, Table saw, jigsaw etc. Knowledge of operating finishing equipment
• cutter, folder, stitching machine etc Experience in Packing and Shipping Highly organized and fast-paced to finish the jobs in tight deadlines Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Positive attitude to handle every challenge and take initiative to solve them Strong PC and Mac operating skills Able to work well under pressure Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift 50 or more pounds of media rolls and other production material.

Able to use light power equipment Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the Florida State to work Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment). Must submit an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verification's, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable All applicants must agree to drug screening, background check and reference checks as a condition of hiring. Education and Experience Degree / Diploma in Graphic design or Technical studies in design and manufacturing Prior work experience in print and sign shop performing similar tasks Prior experience of operating printing and sign machines
