Production & DTF Printing Specialist

Part-Time Production Associate Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Orlando Winter Park, FL Position Overview Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Orlando is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to support our custom apparel production team, with a primary focus on DTF printing, heat pressing, and DTG printing . This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery for our customers. Training will be provided. Prior experience in T-shirt printing or DTF printing is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities DTG printers, and heat presses to produce custom T-shirts and apparel Accurately follow work orders, production instructions, and print placement guidelines Properly load, align, tape, and secure garments for efficient and accurate printing and pressing Inspect finished products for quality, placement, and completeness before orders leave the shop Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area Communicate promptly with management regarding questions, issues, or production concerns Meet daily production deadlines with minimal errors and rework Required Skills & Qualifications DTG printing, heat pressing, screen printing, or apparel production preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Strong organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Team-oriented attitude with openness to feedback and process improvements Verbal communication skills in English Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to work in a warm production environment
