With nearly 40 years of expertise and a cutting‑edge facility, we continue to grow and invest in new equipment, talent, and quality systems. We are seeking a Quality Coordinator with strong PPAP and gauging experience to support our Quality Department. Position Summary The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting product quality, documentation, and compliance activities across production. This role focuses heavily on PPAP preparation , gauge development , and inspection support , ensuring products meet customer and internal specifications. You will work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Prepare, complete, and submit PPAP documentation for customer approval. Develop and maintain gauging , fixtures, jigs, and test methodologies based on product requirements. Perform dimensional verification using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision tools. Support incoming, in‑process, and final inspections to ensure product conformance. Record, classify, and summarize inspection data for quality files and customer reports. Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Maintain calibration records and assist with gauge reliability checks. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Required Skills & Experience Hands‑on PPAP experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of precision measurement tools and gauging. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T . Experience with inspection documentation, quality reports, or customer-facing submissions. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally. High attention to detail and accuracy. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm No weekends.
