Job Description
Summary:
The Production Team Lead oversees the efforts of the production team, ensuring projects are carried out in adherence to its goals and timelines. It is their duty to set guidelines and objectives, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with internal and external parties, and assess the performance of team members. They must also monitor the progress of operations and address issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently. Moreover, the Production Team Lead must encourage and lead staff to reach goals while implementing the company's policies and regulations.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent2 or more years of production experienceStrong communication skillsLanguage Skills:
English required; Spanish is a plus.Reasonable accommodations can be made, up to and including translation services.
Physical Demands:
Position requires walking, standing for prolonged periods, occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Work Environment:
Non-temperature-controlled warehouse, non-temperature-controlled production floor, temperature-controlled office.Other Duties:
