We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and team-oriented who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture while producing high-quality custom framing work. What You'll Do Custom Framing & Production

• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish custom picture frames to precise specifications
• Cut mat board, foam core, glass, plexiglass, and framing accurately and efficiently
• Join frames using professional framing equipment
• Stretch canvas artwork and complete framing assemblies
• Inspect completed projects to ensure consistent craftsmanship and quality standards
• Handle valuable and delicate artwork carefully throughout the production process
• Support daily production timelines and workflow efficiency Warehouse & Inventory Support
• Receive, organize, and maintain framing materials and inventory
• Track and restock framing materials, mats, hardware, glass, and production supplies
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and production areas
• Follow workplace safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Lift and move framing materials and boxes up to approximately 50 lbs. What We're Looking For Required Experience
• Professional custom framing experience
• Experience cutting and joining frames
• Experience with mat cutting and mounting
• Comfortable using framing equipment and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Preferred Qualities
