Yahata USA Inc. - About Us Yahata USA is a subsidiary of Yahata Holdings. Yahata Holdings controls over 30 offices/Branches/Factories worldwide. Seeing the need to expand into the North American Market, Yahata USA was established. We had our first manufacturing equipment installed in 2014 and humbly began providing Value Added Services for our Customers. Yahata USA provides Assembly, Welding, Stamping, and Machining services to a number of different industries. We, by our own manufacturing efforts, through our sister companies, and by sourcing from our domestic suppliers, can provide a host of products from fasteners to welded assemblies; and most everything in between. We can also accommodate most types of Plating, Painting, and Powder Coating through our Outside Value Added Suppliers. We continue to grow each day and we look forward to partnering with you.
Yahata USA Benefits:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. Company pays 80% of premium for Employee and for Family plans.
  • 10 days Paid Time Off first year (after 6 months of service). 8 hours is added yearly until the 5th year. Then it is accumulated 8 hours every 2 years until you reach 15 years of service. By then it will be 20 days of paid time off.

Job Description - Production Worker (Floater) Grinding and buffing using abrasive and polishing wheels. The use of hand tools, such as but not limited to, hammers, drills, grinders etc. Material Handling to help support production needs. Supporting production and quality departments. Fill in to operator various machines, such as, Robotic Welders, Press, CNC, Assembly. Adhere to all safety standards. Handling steel parts. Some heavy lifting. All training provided by Yahata USA. Requirements A positive attitude. Good people skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Good communication skills - written and oral. Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision. A sense of urgency with the ability to finish work efficiently and accurately in a high paced environment. Customer focused. Attention to detail. An excellent attendance record is required. Must be safety minded. Good housekeeping. Some heavy lifting. Forklift (Yahata provides training and certification)
Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year production or manufacturing experience. Training will be provided by Yahata USA.
Work Hours :
  • Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00
PM Pay:
$18.00 per hour
