Builder Department Associate

In this hands-on, production-focused role, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing building materials, supporting production flow, and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. IN A BUILDER'S DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATE JOB YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Assembling and building wood components and materials based on production specifications
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials using hand and power tools
• Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, or build sheets
• Ensuring accuracy and quality of all assembled products
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Supporting general production and warehouse tasks as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or lumber yard operations preferred
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow build instructions
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Steel-toed shoes required
