Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role requires working with small components, using hand tools, and maintaining consistent production output while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small parts and components accurately according to work instructions and production specifications Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and efficiently Maintain steady production pace, while meeting daily goals Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies Keep work area clean, organized, and production-ready Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small or delicate components Comfortable using hand tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely Capable of keeping up with a fast-paced production environment Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
