The right candidate must have an excellent work ethic and be able to take direction with a positive attitude. We will be looking for attributes such as ability to perform different production tasks, dependability, punctuality, and flexibility. The right candidate must have the ability to work closely with others at all levels of the organization as well as strong organizational skills. We will be looking for attributes such as dependability, punctuality and attention to detail.

Duties include:

Digital Printing, Wide Format Printing, Sign Assembly, Business Apparel Embroidery, Print Bindery.

Requirements:

Produce print, sign and apparel materials to manufacturer specs for final production Digital Printing and Bindery Experience or will willingness to learn Embroidery Experience or willingness to learn Communication skills (written & verbal) Be flexible on responsibilities to perform other duties as assigned Maintain machine functionality and organization Able to multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

Experience:

Must have a willingness to learn & have a high quality work ethic with the ability to multitask. Print & Design experience is a plus but not required. Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs) and understand desktop publishing software including Adobe and Publisher Compensation is based upon experience.
