Job Description

Manufacturing Quality Technician responsible for component assembly, in-process inspection, equipment operation, material handling, and production documentation. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED 1+ year of manufacturing or quality experience Medical device manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of component identification Knowledge of production documentation requirements Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes Ability to perform moderately complex production tasks Ability to use measuring instruments Ability to use computers for materials tracking, confirmations, and labeling Ability to maintain training records and follow current procedures, including MPs and WIs Preferred Skills Experience in medical device manufacturing Experience with in-process inspection Experience operating production equipment Experience with material handling and labeling Experience supporting process improvement initiatives Experience cross-training across production functions Experience applying production or quality metrics in daily work Job Responsibilities Assemble components according to production requirements Operate manufacturing equipment Inspect in-process devices to ensure product quality and integrity Perform moderately complex production tasks, including assembly, inspection, material handling, and documentation Use measuring instruments to verify product requirements Use computers for materials processing, confirmations, and labeling Follow all policies, procedures, and quality requirements Maintain training records and remain current on MPs and WIs Apply Core 5 Metrics to daily production activities Support process improvement initiatives Support cross-training across production functions
