The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various production equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success of our production goals. Responsibilities Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Utilize hand tools and machinery, including lathes and CAM programming, to produce high-quality components. Conduct inspections using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications. Collaborate with team members in a warehouse environment to facilitate the smooth flow of materials. Implement GD&T principles in the manufacturing process to maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Proficiency in SolidWorks for design and modeling tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining processes. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred). Experience with GD&T principles is highly desirable. Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
