POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead Provider opportunity in an established outpatient dental practice Deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a modern, patient-centered environment Established patient base with experienced clinical and administrative support Opportunity to maximize production while building long-term patient relationships Four-day work week with no weekends or call responsibilities
COMPENSATION 36
% Production-Based Compensation Daily Guarantee Retention Bonus After One Year
SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No Weekends No Call ROLE Provide comprehensive general dentistry services Manage multiple operatories efficiently Develop long-term relationships with patients Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
