09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Production Associate - Assembly Technician A well-established production facility in Franklin County Georgia is seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Line Associate to join their team. This position involves hands-on work on the assembly line, contributing to the production and assembly of high-quality manufactured goods.

Pay:

Starting at $17/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (OT offered)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the assembly of parts and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures Use basic hand tools and machinery as needed Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment required Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work efficiently in a team setting Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing who is looking for stable, full-time work with consistent hours.
