Production Laborer

Production Laborer Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work in a safe manner
• Grind and prepare surfaces
• Operate forklifts, pneumatic jackhammer, saws, sand blaster, drills, etc. (Training provided)
• Clean and Paint finished products
• Record and fill out appropriate quality documentation
• Perform housekeeping functions to aid in machine efficiency, reducing hazards and shop appearance
• Perform basic maintenance or repair on machinery
• Assist team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Hand Tool and Pneumatic Tool operation
• Must have a good attendance record and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• Self-Starter - able to work with minimal direction
• Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, carpentry, construction or military setting
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Physical Demands :

Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to crouch and/or squat Must be able to climb a ladder Frequent reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have valid driver's license
