Job Description

Role snapshot Own troubleshooting and upkeep for robotic, PLC-controlled production assets. Service AC/DC servo drives, variable frequency drives, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Create and refine preventive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime. Install, wire, and commission equipment and electrical panels; read and apply electrical schematics. Conduct machine safety inspections and enforce LOTO. Minimum qualifications Two-year college or technical school education; and/or 5+ years of combined mechanical/electrical maintenance experience. PLC expertise with Mitsubishi and Allen‑Bradley platforms. Must be proficient in both electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance. Direct experience with VFDs, AC/DC servos, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Traits we value Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Work takes place in a manufacturing environment that may not be climate-controlled.
