Job Description
Job Title:
Production Associate 1st or 2nd Shift ($17.00-$18.00 HR) Job Description This role supports multiple production stations within a clean, laid-back manufacturing environment, focusing on small-part assembly and electronic cable assembly. There are four openings across first and second shifts, and candidates will be considered for several closely related positions, including Gluing Operator, Shelling Cables, and Housing Cable Assembly. Based on the interview, you will be matched to one of these roles, all of which involve reading work instructions, meeting daily quotas, and performing highly repetitive, seated work with a strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail. We are looking for individuals to interview and start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Responsibilities- Assemble small electronic components and cable assemblies according to detailed work instructions and production orders.
- Perform repetitive seated assembly work while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
- Glue, connect, and secure wires, circuit boards, and plastic housings using small hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Operate assembly machinery, foot pedals, and small presses to complete production tasks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet quality requirements.
