Production Worker Job Description Candidates will be cross-trained to work in multiple departments. They will be responsible for helping load and unload rail, feeding machines with raw materials, as well as staging products. Responsibilities Load and unload rail. Feed machines with raw materials. Stage products. Work independently and in groups. Adhere to and promote safety policies and procedures at all times. Essential Skills High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of basic hand tools.
