What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring products meet quality and customer standards. Primary Responsibilities Assist in the operation of blown film production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operate equipment used to convert large rolls of plastic film into smaller finished rolls according to specifications. Safely utilize shaft hoists and material-handling equipment to move and position product. Load, tape, tag, and prepare cores for production runs. Handle, move, and position plastic rolls weighing up to 50 pounds. Package, label, and palletize finished products according to customer requirements and company standards. Perform trim replacement and barrel changeovers as needed during production. Box, label, and load finished plastic rolls throughout the shift. Change machine cutting knives following established safety and quality procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and material handling throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team. Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
