```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder Helper to join our team. As a Welder Helper, you will assist experienced welders in various welding tasks and provide support in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some welding experience in the welding field and grow their career. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist welders in setting up welding equipment and tools
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting
- Operate machinery and equipment under the guidance of experienced welders
- Perform basic welding tasks under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with welding is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
