$18/hr About the Role We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team as General Utility Workers . This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand. You'll support daily production operations, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, and assist with general labor tasks in a food manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Keep production areas clean, organized, and sanitary Report any issues that may cause unsanitary conditions Remove product, packaging, trash, and recycling from work areas Prepare the production floor with clean containers for the next shift Assist with equipment setup, disassembly, and sanitation Handle rework materials safely to avoid cross‑contamination Support team members by providing break coverage Complete the required paperwork accurately Inspect cases to ensure correct labels and legible code dates Make basic machine adjustments (e.g., tape, ink, film, cardboard) Operate a manual pallet jack as needed Stage ingredients in 50 lb. containers Move, stack, and arrange products according to specifications Inspect product quality on the conveyor line Communicate equipment issues immediately Prepare supplies and workstations for shift changes What We're Looking For Dependable and detail‑oriented team players Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working weekends or overtime when needed Able to work safely in a fast‑paced environment Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Experience in production, general labor, or food manufacturing is a plus Experience with companies like Kraft, Tyson, or Hill & Valley is helpful Work Environment Manufacturing setting with moving mechanical parts Temperature varies from cold (around 30°F) to warmer zones High noise levels Requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting throughout the shift Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
