Production Clerk - 1st Shift Fair Oaks Foods, LLC - 2.8 Davenport, IA Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Microsoft Excel Computer literacy Customer inquiry handling Productivity software Full Job Description Position Summary The Production Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to production operations, including reviewing production paperwork, closing process orders in SAP, preparing KPI reports, and partnering with Human Resources to support recordkeeping for employee training records and other related documents. Responsibilities Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Reviews daily production paperwork and work with the production team by running live checks on the floor to ensure accuracy. Reviews and closes production process orders in SAP to ensure accurate and timely completion of production records. Reviews production forms for completeness and compliance with company standards. Prepares and submits production reporting of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to management. Audit and verify timecards with site Human Resources to make sure employee punches are aligned with company policy. Partners with HR and Operations leadership to coordinate employee training, including scheduling, tracking completion, and providing training records to Human Resources for recordkeeping purposes. Maintains confidentiality in all matters related to employee recordkeeping, and timekeeping Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Performs other duties as assigned. Requires flexibility with hours once a month for end-of-fiscal-month closing. Education and Experience Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred, speak/read/write High school diploma or its equivalent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Intermediate computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Self-motivated and able to work independently Prior SAP experience is highly favored

Work is performed in a manufacturing and office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to lift 50lb and must have knowledge of computers and be proficient in Word and Excel.
