Job Description

Position Description We are seeking a dependable and motivated Powder Coat Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a vital role in producing high-quality finished products by assisting with all aspects of our powder coating process. Team members work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are responsible for loading parts, inspecting finished products, and maintaining quality standards throughout production. No previous powder coating experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Key Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload aluminum and parts onto the powder coat conveyor line. Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure they meet company quality standards. Maintain production flow while meeting daily production goals. Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of the work area. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production and high-quality results. Report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors promptly. Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
