Production Associate

Job Title:

Production Associate / 1st shift / $20/hr - $27/hr Job Description Join a dynamic team in Eldridge, Iowa as a Production Associate where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality tile decking and rooftop patio products. Our products are known for their durability and are used in a variety of residential and commercial applications across North America. You will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, using hand and power tools, finishing products, and reporting any equipment issues. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble products. Finish products and report any equipment issues promptly. Perform quality control checks on production. Assemble and package products according to specifications. Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders. Set up manufacturing equipment for custom orders and designs. Complete paperwork for shipping and receiving tasks. Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools, and automated equipment. Operate adhesive machines to bond tile and substrate materials. Pull inventory to fill orders accurately. Construct crates for outgoing shipments. Perform light fabrication tasks such as drilling holes, measuring, cutting, and sawing for product sub-assembly. Essential Skills Strong hand and power tool skills. Experience in general labor and assembly. Ability to operate machines. Basic blueprint reading skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Carpentry skills are a plus. Manufacturing or mechanical skills are a plus. Why Work Here?
