Production Associate Pay:

$16.50 - 17.00 per hour

Shifts:

10 hour shifts

• 1st 6am -4:30pm $16.50 M-Th
• 2nd 8am-6:30pm $16.50 Tu-Fri
• 3rd 8pm - 6:30am $17 Mon-Thurs

Job Responsibilities:

• Feed components onto assembly conveyors, into hoppers, and machinery to ensure continuous production flow.
• Replenish and unload materials such as cardboard, glue, plastic wrap, bottles, caps, and labels to maintain a steady assembly process.
• Manually assemble packaging components including sprayers, caps, display units, and more for liquid packaging.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards for packaging and display units.
• Maintain production line speed by actively participating in job activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety audits and programs to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive motions such as bending and twisting.
• Team player with the ability to work in small or large groups within assigned areas.
